“A $4 billion data center is a major project, but West Virginians deserve straight answers before we celebrate. We still don’t know who the end user is, what the long term jobs look like, or how this will impact our roads, utilities, and neighborhoods. I support growth—but only when it’s transparent, protects taxpayers, and uses skilled union labor like the IBEW to ensure safety and real local jobs. As Delegate, I’ll fight for development that strengthens our communities, not
