What Unites Us
LET'S STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITY.
My Promise
-
To ensure that the Jefferson County community voice is heard in Charleston. To truly thrive, we need to focus on what unites us: the fight for good jobs, strong schools, affordable healthcare, and a government that works for the people—not just the wealthy few.
-
To work for affordable quality healthcare, every day. In West Virginia, we know what it means to struggle for fair wages and quality healthcare. Our educators are fighting for competitive salaries so our children can have the best possible start in life, yet their pay continues to lag behind neighboring states. Our healthcare system, including PEIA, faces constant uncertainty, with rising costs and shrinking benefits for working families.
-
Let’s look up, not sideways, and demand accountability from those who hold real power. Too often, the most vulnerable among us—children in foster care—are overlooked in policy debates. We spend $68 million per year to send foster care children out of state. Let's bring them back home where they belong.

THE WORLD WE HAVE IS THE
ONE WE CREATE.
Supporting the voice of the community.

ABOUT ME
Putting My
Experience to Work
Rob Vincent brings more than 38 years of leadership across local communities, state systems, and federal agencies, grounded in a lifelong commitment to improving outcomes for vulnerable children, families, and communities. His early life in Show Low, Arizona, shaped by poverty, foster care, and early independence—instilled a deep sense of responsibility to serve others and strengthen the community networks that support opportunity, stability, and well‑being. A nationally recognized expert in behavioral health policy, cross‑system collaboration, and large‑scale program implementation, he has advised local leaders, governors’ offices, and federal officials; managed more than $200 million in public contracts and budgets; and led statewide and national initiatives focused on prevention, early intervention, and treatment. His work is defined by data‑driven decision‑making, evidence‑based practice, and the ability to translate complex public health challenges into practical, community‑centered solutions.
In addition to his public‑sector leadership, Rob spent more than a decade as President and Chief Financial Officer of Vincent, Inc., overseeing three enterprises dedicated to workforce development, community‑based services, and small‑business operations. He directed corporate strategy, financial management, and professional training programs that strengthened the behavioral health workforce and expanded access to high‑quality services. His combined public‑ and private‑sector experience reflects a seasoned executive with the strategic, operational, and collaborative skills needed to advance a governor’s priorities and deliver meaningful, lasting results for communities across the state.
